    • Once approved, package your item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Ship the item back to us at the address provided.
  4. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Exchanges:
    • If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color, let us know when you initiate your return. We’ll guide you through the process.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
